I started my career as a primary researcher. Later, I transitioned to IT talent acquisition and was involved in providing recruitment support to Fortune 500 technology companies. In Japan, for the last 6 years, I’ve been providing recruiting assistance to leading global technology vendors, management consulting firms, and start-ups.
