Consultant Profile

After graduating from Yokohama City University, he worked as a top salesperson at a general insurance agency, and then engaged in marketing, sales, and recruiting for a new business at an IT venture. He was involved in the launch of a career coaching business at a start-up company, where he provided career support to over 200 people. Currently, I am in charge of recruiting support for startups and major companies in the IT, manufacturing, and financial industries. My goal is to achieve a 100% hiring decision rate for the people I introduce to my clients.
