Consultant Profile

I started my career as engineer at the company which builds infrastructure in developing countries, and have managed many overseas projects. After that, I worked at several different foreign IT companies, and moved to recruiting industry from 2010. Seeing hundreds of candidates when I was HR manager in IT industry for 25 years, it was very easy to image what kind of people the client side is really seeking for. Also I was able to build good relationships between foreign IT companies through my job change, and this led me to a success as a recruiting consultant.
